POLICIES & WARRANTY INFORMATION

All regularly priced hedgehogs are covered by a 6 month replacement warranty against Congenital Disease, lifetime replacement warranty against Wobbly Hedgehog Syndrome (WHS), and Lifetime Support. Rescues and discounted hedgehogs are not covered by any warranties.

Pricing Information

Our hedgehogs are usually priced between $250-350 (unless we are running a special or deal), but the price can be raised for rare markings or colors. 

Payment is to be paid with cash, Venmo, Cash App or Zelle for in-person pick-up. No checks or money orders will be accepted.

To reserve a baby, there is a $50 non-refundable deposit. This will credit towards the price of your hedgehog. The remaining amount owed will be due upon pick up, unless you choose to pay in full in advance.

We understand that life happens. If something comes up that is out of your control where you can no longer purchase a hedgehog, we will assess your situation. Under certain circumstances, our team will make a decision where we may be able to refund your deposit.

If you secure a certain hedgehog online and upon pick-up, you decide you want a different one, you can transfer your deposit to the hedgehog of your choice (as long as its available and not secured by deposit by someone else)

Note: not all hedgehogs are the same price. If you decide to purchase a different hedgehog, you may have to pay a different price (may be more, may be less..)
